Communication Center of Wyckoff

Welcome to the Communication Center of Wyckoff.  I've been working with individuals of all ages affected by speech related disorders for 15 years.  I have helped individuals and their families affected by Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language, ADHD, Auditory Processing, Articulation, and disorders in Voice, Fluency, Play, Socialization, Behavior and Sensory Based Feeding.  In addition to my private practice, I'm also a supervisor at the speech clinic at William Paterson University.

In particular I have extensive experience working with toddlers, children, and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.  I've found that a comprehensive speech program is the most essential element of an autistic person's development.  We employ a behavioral and multidisciplinary approach.  Our methodology has been successful as our clients have made great progress over the years.  This methodology allows us to  address the various developmental areas an individual's disability may be affecting.

My methods to remediate verbal Apraxia have proven very successful as I use a precise touch cue method that I tailor based on the individual's responses. 

Our services include individual therapy, evaluations, consultations/training in your home,  school or office, team meetings, IEP reports, and behavioral interventions to meet the needs of the individual and family.
